An evocatively designed villa resembling the stern of a sailing boat overlooking the Aegean Sea..

With a traditional Greek architecture, this mansion will have 9 bedrooms-suits and an impressive view of the Aegean.

The property will be comprised of one volume in the shape of the Greek letter "Π", a lap-pool at its center, the main communal spaces, and rooms for the children overlooking the pool and the sea.

The master bedroom will be located on the top floor and have a 360-degree viewing angle of the property and sea.

On the lower level, there will be a beach-themed swimming pool, a guest bedroom, a common living area, a gym, and servants' quarters, adjacent to the preparation kitchen & parking.

Located between two unspoiled, rocky beaches in Antiparos, this villa will be one of the island's largest residential properties. With endless views of the southern Aegean Sea, the estate can provide a panorama of islands: Sifnos, Sikinos, Ios, Serifos, Folegandros and Despotiko.

Currently, this project participates in the Architectural competition of AIA International Region - Unbuilt Design Awards 2021.
